About this run

Follow on from the Buggy Fitness programme run by Sarah Jones PT Over 8 weeks you'll be led through a jog/walk programme to run 5k non-stop in week 8. Cost shown is for full programme, which is one led session per week. Sessions can last up to an hour. All runs are in urban environment on relatively flat terrain. To succeed we advise you to do 'homework' of a jog twice a week in addition to our session
