About our group
Just Run - Running for Fitness is a brand new running group in the Hunmanby area. Suitable for adult (18+) beginners and improvers.
The group is led by Zoe, who is an England Athletics licenced Run Leader, fitness instructor, professional dancer and dance teacher. She is also an experienced runner of all distances, with the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your running goals!
The current sessions are suitable for beginners (Tues) and improvers (Wed). They are fun, varied and friendly. We want to share our passion of running and introduce people to the huge physical and psychological benefits it can have on their life.
