About this run

Pyramids are a session designed to improve speed and condition the body for running. Most weeks we follow a standard Pyramid session with an 8, 4, 2 and 1 min run (progressively quicker for each level) tabata at the top before reversing the pyramid (1, 2, 4 and 8mins, progressively reducing pace). This will allow runners to develop a baseline and an ability to monitor their progress. Some weeks we will use some different pyramid designs to offer variety in the session.
