About this run

10km along the canals of South Birmingham at 10:00-10:30min mile pace. Meet at the Avenue Road entrance to Kings Heath Park at 6:50pm for check in. The advertised pace is the pace the group will run so do ensure that this pace suits you - there may be other advertised sessions at different paces. Please note that the canal paths are very narrow in places next to the canal and that we share them with pedestrians, dog walkers, anglers, cyclists and geese (!)- please take care and run with courtesy. It may be necessary to stop and give way. Normal road shoes should be fine for this route, but do be aware that it may be a little muddy in places. Hi-vis clothing should be worn.
