Beginners sessions targeted at those just starting out to those looking to build up to a club run. Runners turn up on and have a quick chat to the Run Leader for beginners that week and discuss what they are looking to do. Typically this is a mix of running/walking and will vary depending on who turns up on the night. Run Leaders will explain everything at the start of the session.
