A social walking course that helps build strength and independence for those who are recovering from illness, have been advised to exercise for their health or just find Couch to 5 k Running a bit daunting. Gradually building stamina and strong from shorter walks and a bit of exercise we eventually walk for an hour so we can participate in walking the Potternewton Park Run if we wish. Although this course is designed to benefit you health wise it will have its fun and social side.
