Leeds Girls Can Run Middleton

Leeds Girls Can Run - Middleton is a social running group in the heart of South Leeds, the group is aimed at beginners.  We run every Monday at 6.30pm from the Middleton Bike Park, just off the Ring Road.

All our sessions will be conducted in a fun, sociable setting and are suitable for anyone aged 14 upwards.  Distances covered will be up to 5km.
