MCR Lunchtime Runners

We are a mixed ability group made up of predominantly of Auto Trader and booking.com staff who enjoy a chatty, social run along the canal on a Wednesday lunchtime. Our group would suit anyone looking to keep themselves ticking over or perhaps someone who is returning to running following a break. 

Our sessions are free to anyone who wants to join us and we welcome people of all abilities with two distances of just over 5k or just under 7km. However, there is the opportunity to do a shorter 'out and back' route should you want to.  Nobody runs alone and there is something for everyone so please come and join us!
