Women's wellness walk

Are you seeking a supportive environment to walk and chat with other like minded ladies to give you a chance to unwind, relax and prioritise your well being? Open to ladies 18 years and above but with an emphasis on extra support for those experiencing menopause symptoms. These walks are completed at a relaxed pace to give the chance to chat and aim to be approximately 3 to 3.5 miles and will last about one and a half hours. Studies have shown that spending time outdoors can boost your mood, reduce stress and promote well being. Where possible the routes will include off road sections
