Leeds Girls Can Run - Middleton is a social running group in the heart of South Leeds, the group is aimed at beginners and improvers alike.  We run every Monday and  Wednesday at 6.30pm from the Middleton Bike Park, just off the Ring Road.

All our sessions will be conducted in a fun, sociable setting and are suitable for anyone aged 14 upwards.  Distances covered will be up to 5km.
