Paula Abbott

I've been running on and off for quite a few years now, but with a little more dedication starting in Jan 2016. I'm by no means a quick runner (managed a sub 30 min 5k a couple of times but not recently!) but I love how running clears my head, gives me confidence and makes me stronger. I became a run leader in July 2017 to help others find this love of running....most of the time and give something back to the marvelous monkey runners.
