Training for all abilities
Monkey runners have runners who range from people starting out on their running Journey to more experienced runners. The general speed of our runners is between 23 and 36 minutes for a 5km run.
Monkey runners started to encourage people to get off the sofa and start running to improve fitness and mental health. Its a way to run in a safe environment, improve your running and make new friends. Don't let the size of the group put you off - we are a friendly and diverse bunch!
