I started running in Sept 2016 probably for the main 2 reasons anyone does,to get fit and to lose weight (yeah still struggling with at least one of those) I started as a complete beginner but now 18 months later it has just become a way of life. I have made so many friends through running and its great to meet up and have a run and a chat. I have been with Morley Running Club from the start and in Jan 2018 i became a run leader and really enjoy helping and encouraging others to achieve their goals.
