In my business Nutrition on Track I help clients feel better by looking closely at their nutrition and eating well to support their lifestyles. I run group programmes and work 1:1 with my clients. In the group courses in particular I notice how being 'part of something' is incredibly motivating and how people benefit from the support of others. In my own time I love running and walking in the amazing countryside we have around here in the Chilterns and I am on a mission to get others up and out there!
