About our group
Move, Walk, Run! with Nutrition on Track is a supportive and fun trail running group for ladies. All our sessions welcome any ability, and we run regular courses for complete beginners too. Please contact me to decide which session is right for you.
Our sessions are in the glorious countryside on trails or paths around Princes Risborough. We are a friendly bunch all suporting each other at many different levels, whilst working on improving fitness and our running. We'd love to get you started! Sessions are relaxed and we are a friendly bunch.
Whether you are just starting out, building your running for your first event, or an experienced runner just wanting some company we are here to help.
All sessions are led by experienced Run Group leaders qualified by England Athletics.

How to book:
Book sessions online here, and click pay cash at checkout, its free first time! At the session you can then pay £5 as you go, or buy a pass for any five sessions for £22.50 or any ten sessions for £40 from Louise to use as you go, anytime and is the most flexible way to join us. I have a card reader or you can pay cash or bank transfer.
For regular runners with us we have a fantastic lower cost membership package, please ask me for details.
