Muddy Runners - Monday Slow Run

This is a 5km slow run, starting at 7:30pm, aimed at those club runners who are concerned, or may feel, that they struggle to keep up at some of the other club runs. We would expect the maximum pace to be around 12 minute miles, but are happy to run as slowly as necessary. The group will stick together at the pace of the slowest runner, or depending on numbers may split into two groups, with one group walk/running if preferred. Everyone is welcome as long as they are happy to stick at the slowest runners pace. Non-members are welcome to join us free of charge for a couple to trial sessions to help them decide whether to join the club.
