Welcome to our running group
About our group
A friendly group for people new to running or who would like a nice easy run. Distance will be a maximum of 5k and pace will be steady and to suit new runners- We will not leave anyone behind. Sessions are free, but we hope that you will get the running bug and join our club after 4 weeks. (full membership is £36 a year including UKA fees of £15)
