Vicky Burr

A self confessed 'lazy' runner, I couldn't run for a bus in 2012. Having completed NHS Couch to 5k programme and falling in with the 'wrong' crowd of supportive, fabulous new runners, my running exploits have mushroomed and I've completed numerous races from 5k to ultramarathon. Running has changed my life! So what better way to give back than become a run leader and guide runner, helping others to become healthier while having fun and meeting new friends.

I'm inspired daily by the amazing running community and seeing what people from all walks of life can achieve, even when they start out not believing. After studying Health & Sport Science at university in the last few years, and working now as a yoga teacher, sports massage therapist and in exercise referral, I'm keen to help people transform their lives in the way mine has been transformed.
