About this run

Info: These sessions are for participants who would like to maintain a distance of 5k. We recommend that you can run a minimum of 3-4k to join in with these sessions. Aim: Our aim is to focus on building strength and stamina over the course of 6 weeks so that you feel comfortable and confident running a distance of 5k. Our sessions will include 4 x 5k runs & 2 x training session. Our first run will have a 3-4k option for those of you who might need a little encouragement! From week 2 we will then be running a distance of 5k. Each week we will run a different route, and each session will be ran by 2 x Qualified Run Leaders.
