Hi my names Vanessa but call me Ness or Nessa . I've been running on and off since school .Runtogether was where it began again back in 2019 where I got back into running by doing the C25k which helped me run a 5k non stop. But things got in the way one way or another and moving home from Cambridgeshire to Cornwall back in July 2023. I then found a new group called PowerRunsCornwall also a Runtogether group . I was so happy to join this wonderful group as I'm in love with Jeffing as it's allowed me to run further and for longer. I loved the group so much that I became a run leader to help others enjoy running . I truly love the great outdoors rain or shine and running doesn't feel so boring with great like minded people around you.
