About our group
Power Runs Cornwall
This is a Run Together group that focuses on helping people in the Liskeard community to use running, jeffing (run/walk technique) and walking to improve their physical, social and mental wellbeing. It is a social exercise group and everyone is welcome.
Our sessions are led by England Athletics Qualified Run Leaders and you will be supported every step of the way by your run leaders and the group.
The group is supported and funded by Liskeard Town Council and The National Lottery Community Fund
All of our sessions are FREE and available to everyone.

Autumn Sessions - Running and Jeffing - Starting 09 September 2024
These sessions, which take place on a Monday and Wednesday evening at 7:00pm are suitable for anyone who can run, jog or jeff a distance of at least 3K and would like to keep active and improve in a social, non competitive environment. We meet just outside Addington Stores, Higher Lux Street, Liskeard PL14 3JY.
These sessions explore new routes and experiences as well as covering hill work, pace and technique. We also have sessions where we support our community and raise awareness through our fun activities. These sessions can be booked as a block or as individual sessions.
You can choose to run or jeff the session, the choice is yours...it's your session. You can mix it up and do a mixture of both depending on how you are feeling or what your goals are.
Jeffing is a running technique founded by Olympian Jeff Galloway, which uses intervals of running and walking to help beginners, and more experienced runners, to reach their running goals.If you are new to running this is a great way to get yourself started.
Everyone does the same session but the session is modified and supported by the run leaders depending on what you choose to do and your ability.
