Hi I'm Verity, and I was never really a runner, except for doing the Race for Life once a year. In March 2023, I decided to make some changes in my life and give running a go and was introduced to this lovely group. I can honestly say that Power Runs Cornwall has given me the support and encouragement I needed to do Jeffing and running and I really love it. I'm now the proud owner of medals for 9 x 10k runs and 2 half marathons and hopefully more to come. The group has made me so much part of it, and the people in it are so amazing, that I am now a proud run leader who can't wait to help encourage others and see what the future brings.
