About this run

Must be able to run 5km - at any speed. You should also be running twice through through the week as well as the Sunday run. We recommend this is done at Prudhoe Plodders Monday and Friday club sessions. Week 1- 3.5 mile run Week 2- 4 mile run Week 3 - 5 mile run Week 4 - 10km loop
