RED Runners

We are Rochford Endurance & Distance (i.e. RED) Runners. We’re a friendly, informal, no fuss, no frills bunch with a focus on good honest running.  We love the trails and we pound the roads. It’s all just about the running.

As the name suggests we’re comprised of established runners who have completed a variety of distances from half marathon up to and including ultramarathons.

Our regular sessions take place on  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15pm. We like to mix things up a bit so sessions can be anything from a trail run to an interval session. Locations vary and will be published on the 'Runs' tab.  .
