Free, friendly get-into-running sessions across Cambridgeshire

Next run: Thursday 23 September 2021

About our group

Get into running near where you live with friendly people

If you love the idea of running but it's hard to get going, join our free small group runs for a new, more joyful way to crack running.

We have begun to restart our runs again. Nearly all are operating and are available to book. We will continue to have some virtual runs and challenges so our runners overseas can remain part of the group.

Book onto sessions near you hosted by friendly, experienced runners. You can't get left behind and the only goal is that you enjoy it.

Each run uses the local roads and parks to offer a simple session that works for everyone whether you are in the run/walk phase, running continuously or getting into interval training - more about how far/fast you'll run.

We run in small groups - up to twelve people on each run.
