About our group
Welcome to our Friday morning run group! Every Friday morning at 9.30am
We are based in Faringdon, and meet every Friday morning at 9.30am at the Folly Sports Park, along the path just after the tennis courts.
The aim of our group is to have fun and get fit at the same time.
Not exercised in a while? Looking to get back in to running? Want to meet some new friends?
Why not drop the children at school and come and meet us at Folly Sports Park for a run-around. We won't expect you to run 5km, or even 1km. Between us we will set some goals and then start working towards them. We operate a 'loop-and-scoop' system so the group stays together.
