Get Me Running Course

This course if for you if you're a beginner runner/ jogger, or if you've not run for a while and want a gentle introduction. There is no minimum standard or level of experience. We walk a bit, jog a bit, walk a bit more. As the name suggests, it's about helping you to get started. Its an 8 week course; at the end of which, you will be able to run for a minimum of 30 minutes without stopping
