5K Improvers Course
Would you like a running challenge during lockdown? Please join me for a 4 week course to help you improve your current 5K time.
It will feature a 121 Zoom consultation, 4 weekly interval sessions, 4 Zoom strength & conditioning classes, 4 suggested tempo runs and conclude with a 5K time trial.
Open to runners of all abilities, with a maximum of 5 in line with current guidelines.
