About this run

Outdoor running fitness is an interval workout with a mixture of strengthening exercises and running aimed at runners wanting to introduce strength work to their running. Starts at Wallingford School, with a 1km warm run to a public green area where the session takes place. Over 18’s only. No headphones. No dogs.
