Return to Running!

We look to return officially on Monday March 29th from Keyworth Village Hall at 6:30pm!  Our sessions  as always are FREE.

OK, so if your new to running, struggling with the C25k program, dropped off over lockdown, please make me a runner we have our awesome Run Leader Caroline.

Working Mum Caroline is perfect for putting people at ease, great personal connection and skills and the ability to make you believe and achieve to the level you want to be.

If you have done C25K and somewhere between 5k-10k, a little worried about what next and possibly in the zone of comfort,

Our second group will be led by our new Run leader Kirstine.

Kirstine is someone who started running through the C25k program and gone onto become an awesome long distance runner (From 5k to 100k!). Apart from continually smiling and being easy going, Kirstine has a real passion for both the local community and helping to develop others, quite over the moon to have her with us.

Group 3  is with Rob, an average Monday will be between 5-7 miles, pace will be comfortable with the slowest runner but a sense of humour is highly needed!

Obviously before we restart we need to look at people booking onto runs via registering with RunTogether which is free and easy, this is imperative to people who have never run with us before.

We are going to run as per England Athletics and Government guidance in groups of no more than 12 initially.

Will keep everone updated as things progress, you know we want to get as many people running as possible and that includes supporting existing local runners 👍
