About our group
Running the Wight ways is a social, inclusive running and walking group for women exploring the footpaths, bridleways and byways of the Isle of Wight.
For both locals and visitors to the Isle of Wight, our weekly runs and walks take in the beauty of the Island, with a knowledgable and experienced off road run leader and personal trainer who can highlight the many interesting features on route. You will be encouraged to take photographs and enjoy the views.
Runs and walks are free to attend, with donations towards Royal Osteoporosis Society welcomed:
