Meet at Helen Gardens at 8.30 am for a warm up, then run over the Downs if the weather is fine or down to the seafront if wet or windy. Sometimes there are other events in Helen Gardens so we may meet elsewhere - in the Italian Gardens, the Western Lawns, at East Dean or on Beachy Head.
