About our group

Our run sessions are suitable for anyone looking to build or regain  fitness and endurance. 

We have a range of runners who come along.  They all improve with time. 

Everyone gets the same consideration and respect no matter how fast or slow they are.  We are all in the same game and we all love to get better at what we are doing.  

Whatever your level we will find something to benefit you whether it is preparing for a race or just keeping fit.

Sessions are led by an England Athletics qualified running coach,  we focus on building up gradually and include drills, conditioning, jogging and of course running.

Each week there are different sessions to keep you on your toes.

The sessions take place in the South Wimbledon, Colliers Wood area including the Wandle trail and local parks.
