About this run

The focus is on getting fitter, building endurance and speed. Whatever your pace, we can find something to help you gradually get fitter while keeping you safe and injury free. Classic intervals, circuits, fartleks. 10 minute warm up and mobility followed by some efforts to get you used to running at that higher level followed by a cool down and supervised stretching. Will be finished withing the hour. Every few weeks there will be a one mile time trail so you can see your improvement. Supervised by an England Athletics running coach by in running fitness. Room for 5 runners only and must book in advance.
