From left to right!
KAY
Kay is one of our Run Leaders has been running for about 5 years and started running while her children trained at the club. Kay takes the group that do the shorter run distances, for the members who like to run to socialise, meet new people, and run between 10-16 minute miles.
RACH
Rach has been running for around 13 years and started as a young athlete through to seniors. Rach is a Coach in Running Fitness and takes the runners that run between 7:30-10 minute miles and want to run a bit further/specialise and aim for 10k's, half marathons and in some cases, mararthons. Training plans can be made up by Rach to suit your needs.
SHAUN
Shaun has been with the group for around 3 years and supports Kay and Rach where needed!
