These sessions cover everything from warm-ups, drills, running technique, strength & conditioning work and efforts with the intention of adding some variety and fun to your running. The session takes place on Sutton Benger recreation ground in the spring and summer months, and move to the tennis courts during the winter months. As the sessions take place in a confined area they are ideal for mixed abilities and beginners are welcome to join us.
