CLUB NIGHTS. THURSDAY: 7PM

Meet @ Tetbury Rugby Club (upstairs)

This is our main club night, meeting at Tetbury Rugby Club on the Rec. We aim to have at least 5 groups running and as a rough guide, these would be split as follows:

9 min mile and under

45min- 1 hour

approx. 10k

9- 10 min mile

45min- 1 hour

approx. 8-9k

10-11 min mile

45min- 1 hour

approx. 7-8k

11-12 min mile

45 mins

approx. 5-7k

13 +

couch to 5k  (walk-run)

40-45 mins

30-35 mins

approx. 4-5k

approx. 3-5k

Groups for all abilities, don’t forget to enter the weekly poll on our Facebook page.

Runs are followed by well earned tea and biscuits!

 

MONDAY: 6.30PM

Meeting at the Goods Shed / Railway Yard (Long Stay) car park for an informal run (30 mins - 1hr) with groups depending on who is running. Check Facebook for latest updates as routes/start times can change.

TUESDAY: 6PM & FRIDAY: 7.30PM

Run specific cicuits class at SWR Leisure Centre, in conjunction with Rick Oakley Fitness.

£5 for TDRC members, £7 for non-members.

WEDNESDAY: 8:30AM & 9:30AM

Casual run @ The Goods Shed .

Meeting at the Goods Shed / Railway Yard (Long Stay) car park for running up & down the railway line. This is very informal, no set pace or distance, perfect to bring dogs and buggies.

SATURDAY: 9AM

PARKRUN

5km Parkrun. A great introduction to running events with lots of lovely people. DON’T FORGET YOUR BARCODE
