Yat Cheng

I started running in 2017, after one run I decided running wasn't for me. A year later I cycled past a group of (TRC) runners, and thought to myself maybe I should give it another go.

I joined the couch to 5K group and after a few sessions it turns out I can run after all. I have since raced in 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and one wet and windy virtual marathon.

I only run at weekends, call me a part time runner. You will usually find me at a parkrun on Saturdays either volunteering, running or both and running with the club with the Sunday crew.
