Welcome to our running group
About our group
Join this fun and friendly group for a steady jogging session and make new friends while you get fitter. The route is along decent paths and is suitable for those new to jogging. We have three group runs per week. You are welcome to join one or more of the runs.
- Monday at 6pm meet at the far end of the Sports direct carpark at Pride Park
- Thursday at 6pm meet at the Entrance to Springwood Leisure Centre
- Saturdays at 8am meet at alvaston park by the community rooms next to the main car park for couch 25k
