Michelle Perry

In 2004 I saw an advertisement for a local running group which said 'Come and learn to run and make lots of new friends' Make friends clinched it for me and along I went - that's when I got the running bug instantly. For me running is the most perfect form of exercise it's outside and there is company and I've never looked back. In the first few years with a group of friends we started small with 5km races and eventually built up to 10km, Half Marathons, Grizzly to Full Marathon. I became a qualified leader in 2010 and really enjoy organising sessions meeting new runners and teaching them everything I have learned.
