Tuesday 6.45pm - Get on the Run a beginners 0-5km 10 week course.
Tuesday 7.30pm - Mums on the Run a ladies only staedy run broken up with interval/fartlek training.
Thursday 6pm - On the Run 5km a steady 5km run
Tuesday 6.45pm - Get on the Run a beginners 0-5km 10 week course.
Saturday 8.30am - On the Run to 10km an improvers 5-10km 8 week course.
