Welcome to Triomphe Run Group

Next run: Monday 28 April 2025

About our group

Welcome to Triomphe Run Group. We are a friendly and pace inclusive group based in Ferndown.

Join us for a weekly social run on Friday mornings. All paces welcome.

Alternatively, come along to our NEW skills sessions on Monday evenings. These fun and varied sessions are designed to help develop running efficiency, speed and strength within a welcoming community.

We meet at different locations in and around Ferndown each week. These will be shared with you via our WhatsApp group once you've booked a session.

This year we are introducing some new events, including our first Food Bank Run in February. Look out for more like this coming throughout 2025.

We also run beginners courses twice a year, starting in September and January. These courses take place over ten weeks and are suitable for complete beginners or anyone returning to running after a prolonged break. We start with short run/walk intervals and focus on building running endurance up to 30 minutes.  By the end of the course you will feel confident running a local route and hopefully have made a few new friends along the way!

Before the course begins you will receive a Welcome Pack with further information and FAQs. We will discuss your personal goals and objectives, including any medical needs or concerns. Your experience will be tailored to you to help you achieve your aims, whilst providing you with the opportunity to join the local running community through a relaxed and informal setting.

These 10 week courses cost £35 payable in advance. The meeting point changes every few weeks as we progress to longer and more varied runs. Location details are updated in our private WhatsApp group.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have questions about any of our sessions.
