About our group
We are an official RunTogether, social running group, based in Aldershot, Hampshire.
All abilities are catered for, we run sessions aimed at beginners, improvers and everything in between!
Our current schedule is:
Monday
18:45 Stay Strong Session (Effort Sessions)
Thursday
18:45 Couch to 5k
19:30 Club Night Run
