Women on the Run - Preston Tuesday
About our group
We are a friendly group of women who enjoy running. We normally run between 4 and 5 miles during an evening run. We also offer adhoc weekend runs, such as half marathon training and trail runs.
All abiities are welcome as long as you can run continuously for 50 mins. We loop back so no one gets left behind.
