Wood Run

We invite you to join us up at the Woodland Centre for a run in the woods, then the usual chit chat afterwards.

We'll explore the woods, fast and slow, with some exercises and drills for those interested in training tips. The more the merrier.

Bring some extra spending money if you wish to make use of the cafe on site.

All abilities welcome for a fun, guided run through the picturesque trails within this beautifully preserved area.

Meeting at 9.30am (please try to arrive by 9.15am if you can).

Eccelsall Woodland Centre- on-site parking and cafe for after the run.

£2 per person on the day.
