Carey Hope

I discovered the benefits of running 3 years ago, I had just had my second child and I hadn't exercised at all for 5 years.

I started doing interval running twice a week and a 20 minute run at the weekends. I quickly noticed that I was getting a fitter and losing weight, that I was able to run faster for longer periods of time, but the thing that kept me doing it every week, was the way I felt.

I am so passionate about running and just getting people to get outside and give it a go. I want to show that it can be fun and rewarding, it can be for all abilities and to breakdown the barriers that some people may associate with running.
