Vikki Cavaliere

I'm Vikki, a very busy mum of 3 children, one of whom is severely autistic. I took up running 3 years ago as I was overweight and unhappy, when I started running it made me appreciate that I needed time for myself and to sometimes put myself first, and it was amazing how much better I felt after I had been for a run. I then went on to loose 3 stone, run 10k and haven't looked back since. It's not only the running that makes you feel good, but also meeting new people and the social aspect that comes with running in a group which is great too. I want to show others who felt like I did, that you can do it too, just enjoy it and allow your self to walk/run/ & chat and you'll be surprised at how quickly you can build up your fitness.
