Buggy Squad

Ros and Wendy are two mums who are passionate about helping other people get out and run even when children come along.  

We have set up a buggy running group which will be focused on;

Free buggy runs, guided by a Run Leader.  These will vary in route and location and are for runners who can already run 5K.  (Differing speeds very welcome)

If you can't managed 5km yet but would like to work up to this then our Mothership Couch to 5Km course would be ideal for you! The cost of the course includes buggy hire if you don't have a suitable buggy. Email us buggysquad@gmail.com to book a buggy if required. Please let us know the age and weight of your child. Check out the dates for when these courses run or get in touch if you have further questions.

We also have Fran and Laura as part of our team in order to keep the runs happening even when we juggle work!
