As a running coach, I genuinely believe that humans feel better if they maintain fitness levels. I want to enable those who wish to pursue fitness for its health benefits, or for personal goals, to be given an opportunity to make real progress and to avoid habitual setbacks due to training errors. Running at a pace that promotes fitness and ensures we actually enjoy what we are doing helps us to maintain this healthy habit. My group runs provide suitably-pitched coaching to enable beginners to avoid predictable pitfalls in training and to create a solid foundation for progress.
