About our group

I'm Rachel, an experienced runner and Coach in Running Fitness based in Newark-on-Trent. Running is my passion and I love to get other people started on their running journeys too. I run beginners' groups for those of you who are completely new to running, and a weekly improvers' groups for those who can already run but want to run further and faster. As running off-road is what I love, I also organise weekly guided trail runs to explore the local countryside, suitable for a range of abilities. Many of the group sessions and runs take place on weekdays and during the day, providing an opportunity for those of you who work shifts or have children at school to run with others in a supportive group and receive some coaching too.
